Freight, taxes, and other incidental costs are not included in determining if the order is eligible for the gift. Only customer who indicated that it wishes to receive a computer mouse or lab timer is eligible to receive a computer mouse or lab timer. By indicating that customer would like to receive the computer mouse or lab timer, customer warrants that it is not prohibited by employment, contract, or law from accepting the gift from Applied Biosystems. Only one free computer mouse or lab timer per order. Computer mouse or lab timer are provided "AS IS". This promotion for the gift expires on 31 March 2010 or the supply of computer mouse or lab timer in our inventory lasts, whichever comes first. No cash equivalent.
